Why We Are Appointment-Based?

All boarding drop-offs and pickups are by scheduled appointment only.
This structure is intentional and central to how we provide care.

We operate with a small, consistent team by design to ensure every dog is handled by familiar, trained staff who understand their routines, behavior, and individual needs.
Consistency reduces stress, supports safety, and allows us to maintain the calm, structured environment our program is known for.

We are also extremely selective about who interacts with the dogs in our care. Limiting access and controlling transitions allows us to maintain high handling standards, reduce unnecessary stimulation, and ensure that every interaction is purposeful and safe.

Unscheduled arrivals disrupt routines, increase stress for dogs, and compromise the level of care we are committed to providing.
Appointment-based scheduling allows us to give each dog focused attention during arrivals and departures without rushing or overlap.

A 10-minute grace period is provided for both drop-off and pickup appointments.

Arrivals occurring outside the grace period may be subject to a fee of $3.00 per minute, assessed from the end of the grace period. Fees are non-negotiable, and no exceptions will be made.

Late arrival and late pickup fees are capped at $75.00 per day.
