cancellation & refund Policy

At ABTK9, we are a small facility with limited availability. When a reservation is made, we reserve that space specifically for your dog and may turn away other clients. Because of this, we maintain a strict no refund policy.
 

Boarding & Stay and Learn Reservations

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all boarding stays.

  • Boarding reservations are not held until the deposit has been received.

  • No refunds will be issued on boarding deposits for any reason.

  • If a boarding reservation is canceled, any funds paid may be applied as a credit toward a future ABTK9 service.
     

Boarding & Stay and Learn Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must notify ABTK9 of any boarding cancellation as soon as possible.

  • If a client fails to notify ABTK9 of a cancellation within 30 days prior to the scheduled boarding stay, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the original planned stay total will apply.

  • Any outstanding balance from cancellation fees must be paid in full before scheduling any future boarding services with ABTK9.
     

Training Services (One on One Coaching & Day Training)

  • Payment for training services is due prior to services being rendered.

  • Training reservations and payments are also non-refundable.

  • Any approved cancellation credits may only be applied toward future services at ABTK9’s discretion.
     

By booking services with ABTK9, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
